Neon® ROIC Family
Neon® RD0033
CTIA, 10µm pitch, 640 x 512 Digital ROIC for SWIR
The Neon® RD0033 is a low-noise, triple-gain digital readout integrated circuit (DROIC) that has a 10 µm pitch pixel with a capacitive transimpedance amplifier (CTIA) front-end circuit. This DROIC was developed for low-light applications such as short-wave Infrared (SWIR) and low-current detector technologies such as quantum dot-based detectors. It has been designed for use in high-operating temperature (HOT) conditions. read more

Neon® High-Speed Balloon Pop
In the above clip, a water filled balloon is ruptured by a projectile, illustrating the water droplets that can be viewed clearly at a frame rate of 650 fps using a Neon® RD0033 (640 x 512/10 µm) based SWIR FPA using InGaAs detector technology.
