Calcium™ RP0210
The Calcium™ RP0210-J20x advanced digital pixel readout integrated circuit (DPROIC) has an extremely large well capacity, low noise floor, wide dynamic range and low power operation. The RP0210 is a 43.5mm x 27.1mm large format die. The DPROIC is intended for use with any industry-standard direct-injection compatible detector technology.

Dual-gain with programmable well capacity of up to 40 Me- (high gain mode) and up to 400 Me- (low gain mode)
Excpected read noise of ~50e- rms in ITR, ~85e- in IWR in high gain mode and ~330e- rms in ITR, ~700e- rms in IWR in low gain mode.
Power consumption of 870 mW (50% fill at 120 fps)
Maximum frame rate of 300 fps (full frame)
High-speed windowing with multiple windows
Serialized to a selectable 8, 16, or 24 bits per pixel
