The Oxygen® MIL RD5033 is an advanced off-the-shelf DROIC with large format that can be used with any industry-standard direct-injection compatible N-on-P detector technology. The solution was designed to optimize FPA performance through state-of-the-art integrated features and multiple operating modes that offer flexibility for a wide range of high-performance application requirements. The Oxygen MIL RD5033 DPROIC product family is intended to support stitched assemblies of up-to 8196 x 8196 array size with an 8 µm pixel pitch. Any rectangular assembly in steps of 2048 x 2048 is possible, such as 4096 x 4096 or 6144 x 2048
